Our Mission

The mission of the Tallahassee-Leon County Babe Ruth Baseball Alumni Foundation is to be the primary fundraising & community organization for Tallahassee Leon Babe Ruth alumni, supporting efforts of the local league & opportunity scholarships.

Tallahassee Babe Ruth has been one of the highest levels of baseball in my hometown for a long time. To be recognized as one of the best to come through a program with such a long list of great players, is truly an awesome feeling. I don’t take for granted the coaches and players in that time that made me better and to help me continue to grow to be at my best.​

Going through the Babe Ruth baseball program helped me lay the groundwork to succeed in high school and college baseball. After receiving the scholarship award, I put it to good use offsetting college costs people tend not to think about like the dorm or food. I was honored to receive this award and hope that this program continues to thrive!
